This one's for you, Monkey..... "Let Her In" was a big hit for John Travolta. Teenage girls swooned and dreamed that they were the one that John would let in his life. I'll bet a lot of them even kissed the 45 sleeve as they danced around their bedrooms dreaming they'd one day be Mrs. John Travolta. Just for the record, I wasn't one of them. I thought he was a twit.

This brings to mind Travolta's appearance on "American Bandstand" when he sang this song. He was also starring in "Carrie," about which he told Dick Clark: "It's a novel. It's being made into a book."
My accessment of Travolta as King of the Twits stands confirmed!
That is too funny. Hey, he was (is) a twit... but at eleven I wasn't too concerned with the finer points of his intellect. Or lack thereof.
