I had a poster of Shaun Cassidy on my wall. He was wearing a greenish sweater with his shirt collar sticking out of it. Very collegiate. I loved it.
Then Jill Werkmeister jumped up and tried to kiss it and ripped it.

I had a Shaun Cassidy record that had this song and a cover of "Da Doo Ron Ron," only he sang about "Jill" instead of "Bill," which was a relief, I have to say, ha.

For my birthday I had my first slumber party and I got the Shaun Cassidy record referenced by Jimmy for my birthday.
I have to say I was a Parker Stevenson fan. I always was a bit left of center. And don't think I didn't get holy hell for it. Cuz I did.
