Here is another of the books I got at the book fair when I was in grade school. The cover would have sucked me in, even if it weren't a classic horror story. They just don't make covers like this anymore.

You got this at a BOOK FAIR??? Good Lord. What were they thinking?
Not only was it a book fair, it was an elementary school book fair! What could any kid want more than to find a spooky book at a book fair? Away with your normal bland kids books, we want classic literature adapted for children with bright spooky covers!!
